How do we mind our minds? What does it mean to be a mindful mom? This 2021, Mommy Mundo has endeavored to answer these questions. Each month, mindfulness was focused on a theme that sprung from the Into the Mom Mind survey conducted in March of 2021. Bringing all of the year’s learning and discoveries together is Expo Mom 2021: Mindful Mom on November 12, 13, and 14, 2021

Being mindful will help you discover your self-limiting beliefs about money, be self-aware enough to shift and change these beliefs to more powerful ones and create realistic, actionable financial goals that will allow you to preserve your peace of mind.
This June marks the second month of Mommy Mundo’s #MindYourMind campaign. We put focus on an important need of the ever-so-busy mommy mind– that during hectic days we seize moments to take a pause, take a deep breath and relax, and #BePresent for whatever is going on.
ExpoMom 2021: Mindful Choices, Mommy Mundo’s first ExpoMom of the year, was held on May 29-30, 2021 online via Facebook Live. The event reached over 9,000 moms and dads from all over the Philippines, and parts of Europe and America. For two days, Mommy Mundo delivered insightful talks, panel discussions, and mini-seminars all geared towards their monthly theme of helping moms Mind Your Mind and practice conscious consumption.
ExpoMom 2021: Mindful Choices is Mommy Mundo’s third run of ExpoMom online! And this May, the Mommy Mundo flagship event, flies the banner of its year-long campaign: Mind Your Mind.
Mommy Mundo’s year-long campaign, Mind Your Mind, helps us slow down by asking us to pause, which gives us a chance to reflect and process everything that is going on in our lives. This month, we are looking at shopping, consumption, and the feelings that influence our consumption habits and decisions. It follows the Mind Your Mind’s theme this second quarter of 2021: Feelings.
Mommy Mundo’s brand has always been centred around five pillars, those of healthy pregnancy, breastfeeding, active parenting, self-care, and mompreneurship. Every year, at ExpoMom, these pillars are highlighted through the various talks and activities held during the event. At ExpoMom 2020, the first online take of the company’s flagship event, the topic of healthy pregnancy and mindfulness was co-presented by long-time Mommy Mundo supporter, Baby Dove.

Four months of trying your best to stay home, interacting only with the members of your household; working from home, completely disrupting your old routines; setting up new safety and hygiene measures; and watching all the Netflix, Amazon Prime, and iMovies you deem worthy.
