The Mindful Mom Re-Treat

As a mom, you need time to breathe, take pause, and reconnect. The Mindful Mom Re-Treat gives you exactly that. An intimate gathering of moms, it is focused on refreshing, re-energizing, and re-centering your very being, leading you towards a life of mindfulness.

The Mindful Mom Re-Treat is a takeoff from Mommy Mundo’s award-winning Mom Manifesto campaign in 2015. It was conceptualized and created by Mommy Mundo Founder Janice Villanueva in collaboration with Registered Family Psychologist Ichel Alignay and Mommy Mundo Content Head Jing Lejano.

Participants of the online Mom Manifesto workshop will find some of the activities familiar. The re-treat, however, will be facilitated by an expert in the person of Alignay, amidst the company and warmth of fellow moms.

More importantly, the re-treat will give you the tools and strategies to help you uncover and discover different facets of yourself, allowing you to identify the things most important to you as well as the factors hindering you from achieving your life goals.

The Mindful Mom Re-Treat 2.0 is a new workshop for Mindful Mom Retreat Alumni who want to continue their mindfulness journey and share it with others.
