Happy Tummies, Healthy Bodies with A2 Milk Protein

3Build a Nutritious Habit With A2 Milk.jpg

For kids, happy tummies mean they are getting the right nutrients that fuel their development and well-being. There’s no question that milk is an important part of good nutrition. Milk plays a crucial role in providing essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that support their growth.

But what if your child experiences tummy discomfort after drinking milk? No parent wants to see their child fussy, gassy, and bloated. Unfortunately, stomach discomfort from milk is quite common, but it doesn’t mean that your child should experience it!

A healthy alternative

A trip to the milk aisle of the grocery can get quite confusing. There’s a product for everything, each offering lists of health benefits. There’s whole milk, lactose-free milk, soy milk, nut milk – the options are endless.

And this is where Formula with A2 milk protein comes into the mix. A2 protein is a type of milk protein that is naturally easy to digest, even by kids.

A look into A2 Milk Protein

Regular cow’s milk we see on grocery shelves have 2 main beta-casein proteins known as A1 and A2. Both beta casein proteins have a subtle difference in structure, and this impacts the way they are digested by the body. Studies have shown that the A2 protein leads to less production of bioactive peptide that is associated with digestive discomfort. [1,2]

It’s interesting to know that back in the past, cows only produce milk with the A2 protein. But somewhere along the way, a natural genetic mutation happened, and cows started producing milk with A1 and A2 proteins.

A2 milk protein comes from hand-picked, DNA tested cows that only produce the A2 betacasein protein. Formula that contains the A2 protein from rare A2 cows is naturally easy-todigest.

The A2 Protein Difference

The next time you buy milk, consider milk formula with A2 milk protein only from A2 cows for happy tummies and healthy bodies. Apart from its delicious milk taste, it is also proven to be naturally easy-to-digest.

Tummy TLC

A healthy digestive system affects overall health and energy. Indeed, nutritious food we give our children will help them live their best lives!

Here are a few more tips to make sure your kiddos’ tummies are in tip-top shape:

1. Enjoy meals together as a family Mealtimes are sacred! Use this magical moment to connect and communicate with family members over the sights and aroma of good, healthy food. Encourage your children to chew food slowly and thoroughly to prevent feeling bloated and to make it easier for the stomach to digest food.

2. Eat good quality, high nutrition food Fruits, vegetables, and grains fill us up with fiber that helps our bodies digest food. Training kids to eat these at an early age trains them for a lifetime of healthy eating.

3. Keep an eye out for food that triggers digestive problems As you try new foods, you’ll see which ones agree with your kids’ tummies, and which don’t. You can also be more intentional in giving your kids food and drinks that are easily digestible.

4. Exercise! Physical activity can help relieve tummy issues like gas and bloating. Plus, the family can get fit together!
