- Interactive Activities: Engaging experiences for both moms and kids, designed to create fun, bonding moments starting with a “Daytime Disco” in partnership with Kinisikids to kick off the festivities, encouraging movement and music to spark energy and connection as the event opens.
- Resources & Support Groups: Access to trusted providers and communities focused on parenting, wellness, and family life. Communities such as the Toronto HIking Moms will be present to share their initiatives and encourage people to join and find their tribe.
- Talks & Workshops: Inspiring sessions led by experts, creators, entrepreneurs and fellow moms — encouraging shared learning and meaningful conversations. A key discussion on Moms in Business will be one of the interesting segments in the afternoon.
- Wellbeing Focus: Dedicated spaces and content supporting moms’ mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Journaling, for one, is an all-day activity area that will be open to moms and attendees, with Rainstorm Arthouse leading the activity. Janice will also facilitate a guided journaling activity introducing Mommy Mundo’s latest wellbeing program called “Stories We Carry’.
