Expo Mom 2021: Meaningful Connections, Mommy Mundo’s second Expo Mom of the year, was held on August 14-15, 2021 online via Facebook Live. The event was watched by about 13,000 moms and dads from all over the Philippines, and parts of Europe and America. For two days, Mommy Mundo delivered insightful talks, panel discussions, and mini-seminars all geared towards their monthly theme of helping moms Mind Your Mind and use technology to develop and nurture meaningful connections.

Baby Love: Breastfeeding and Baby Skin Care

MommyMundo and #BabyDovePH know that many new mommies feel this way! It is that understanding that keeps them bringing back Baby Love events that focus on breastfeeding and baby skin care! This past March 13, 2020, Ms. Abby Yabut, a certified lactation counselor, busted breastfeeding myths that persist to this day; and Dra. Krissy Dim-Jamora, the Director of the Philippine Dermatological Society Board of Directors, shared important information on keeping our babies’ skin healthy.

Onward and Upward! A Recap of A New Way To Be: How to Evolve

On January 23, Mommy Mundo, in collaboration with #BabyDovePH, launched its first event of the year: A New Way To Be: How to Evolve. Led by Kit Malvar Llamas and T. Jeannie Castillo, this timely talk imparted valuable lessons and reminders on how we can transform ourselves and our family relationships for the better.

Baby Dove: Baby Care for Daddies

During a special Baby Dove sponsored event, Dr. Miguel Villanueva, a general pediatrician trained in Allergy and Clinical Immunology, talked about Baby Care for Daddies, presenting dads with three main points all dads need to keep in mind.

Baby Dove Advocates Health and Mindful Pregnancies at ExpoMom2020

Mommy Mundo’s brand has always been centred around five pillars, those of healthy pregnancy, breastfeeding, active parenting, self-care, and mompreneurship. Every year, at ExpoMom, these pillars are highlighted through the various talks and activities held during the event. At ExpoMom 2020, the first online take of the company’s flagship event, the topic of healthy pregnancy and mindfulness was co-presented by long-time Mommy Mundo supporter, Baby Dove.

Infant Massage with Rome Kanapi

Mommy Mundo along with Baby Dove held an online version of the popular seminar, Infant Massage. Taught by pioneering childbirth expert, Rome Kanapi, almost 200 moms tuned in to learn about the best way to bond with your baby and stimulate their muscles and sense of touch. Kanapi, using a doll, demonstrated the best ways to massage a baby, and she encouraged moms to practice with their babies as she went through the steps.
