Guidelines
- Written: 300–1,500 words
- Video/Audio: maximum of 10 minutes
- Language: English, Filipino, or Taglish
Submission Deadline: July 31
All stories are treated with care and confidentiality.
If the story will be selected for sharing, permission will always be requested and secured prior to inclusion.
