There’s nothing that gets us more excited than back-to-back events! This April 14 to 15, Mommy Mundo has lined up 4 workshops at TriNoma Mall to get you energized for the weekend.
At Pregnant Pause, expectant moms and dads get first-hand expert advice about pregnancy and preparing for a safe delivery.
During the workshop, moms and dads to-be get practical tips, useful advice, and uncensored truths directly from pioneering childbirth educator Rome Kanapi. Pregnant Pause happens on April 14, 2018 at the Cinema Lobby of Trinoma Mall. Registration is free but registration is a must! You can register at http://bit.ly/PregnantPause19.
Mom School takes on the important topics of fostering deeper relationships with our children. Tina Zamora, directress of the Nest School for Whole Child Development, will lead the discussion on learning about our kids’ innate abilities, teaching them to express their self-confidence, and improving lines of communication.
Mommy Mundo collaborates with Trinoma Mall to bring you Mom School 3.0, together with PLDT Home, Dove, and the Dove Self-Esteem Project. The event is free but pre-registration is a must, so head on over to http://bit.ly/Momschool2018 to secure your seat.
At Mindful Mom, we will be taught tools to help us deal with everyday changes and challenges mindfully. A deeper analysis of the inner self is also part of the workshop as a way of giving us a better appreciation of the many quirks and characteristics that make up our wonderful selves. The ways we can share mindful practice to others will also be discussed.
Mindful Mom will be on April 15, from 11am to 2pm. Registration is free but pre-registration is a must. You may sign-up at http://bit.ly/MindfulMom2018
