Prepare for your baby and your newest role in your life by attending our long running prenatal workshop, PREGNANT PAUSE. In this 3 hour event, you'll learn about how to be a happy and healthy expecting mom, how to deal with challenges of your changing body, ways to involve your husband or partner, and preparing for your baby's delivery.We'll also have games and fun segments where you can bring home treats for you and your little one.
As an added treat, we're also going to have a MOM MARKET on the same day where you can shop great deals for baby essentials and get your shopping list ticked off!
