For the past decade, Gabriel’s Symphony has been championing the health and wellness of children with disabilities and the less privileged. Established in memory of Gabriel Rene Sebastian who passed away at a young age of 9 months due to complications brought about by a rare chromosomal disorder called trisomy 13, Gabriel’s Symphony Foundation, Inc. aims to make a difference in every child’s life. By giving children with cleft lip and their family financial and emotional support and through sponsoring cleft lip operations, Gabriel’s symphony has touched the lives of thousands of children and their families all over the country.
On it’s 11th year, Gabriel’s Symphony, in cooperation with Milo, is holding a 12-hour multi-sport celebration to raise funds for the less-privileged and children with disabilities. The celebration will be held at the Ayala Alabang Country Club on October 12, 2013 (Saturday). There will be various activities for kids such as a 12-hour Run and Bike, Palarong Pinoy Challenge, KidsCanTri Aquathlon and Triathlon, Younghusband Football Academy 7-Aside Football Tournament, and a 3K Buddy Run, among others.
