MOMPRENEUR MEET UP: MEET THE MOMPRENEURS
Listen up, mommies! Have we got a fabulous surprise for you this August! Mommy Mundo’s Mompreneur Meet Up presents, “Meet the Mompreneurs!” Scheduled on August 5, 2017, 930AM to 12NN, at the Makati Diamond Residences, this is your chance to listen and learn from the stories and experiences of successful mompreneurs. Find out how they came up with the idea for their businesses. Know the challenges they encountered as they developed their brands and built their network. Take to heart the lessons they learned as they tried to balance their work lives and their home lives.
Each of these three women have unique stories to share.
There’s Minnie Jumaquio who experienced discomfort on her neck and back while sleeping. What did she do? She decided to make her own pillow to address her issues. Satisfied with the results of her prototype pillow, she proceeded to develop a design for a maternity pillow to help fellow moms. That’s how Snug-A-Hug was born.
Like every other mother, Sherrie Siy of Discovery Depot believes children learn so much from playing. This is why she has provided a venue where parents can access safe, developmentally appropriate, educational toys with lots of play value. More than providing toys based on fads, Discovery Depot provides toys which bring children together through play.
Last but not least is Denise Gonzales-Bernardo of IndigoBaby. Together with her friend Monica Manzano, the two mommies have come up with IndigoBaby, a thoughtful collection of natural products enriching the lives of mom and baby.
It’s going to be a morning of much fun and learning as these three women share their love for family and passion for entrepreneurship!
