It’s always a joy to learn something new, and moms certainly learned a whole lot of things at Mommy Mundo’s Mom School 3.0 at The Podium last June 2016. Sponsored by Caltrate Plus, Pampers, and Belo Baby, Mom School 3.0 started off with a bento making workshop headlined by the Bento Mommas, a group of moms who have been making bento meals since 2007. The workshop, where moms learned how to make baon more enticing to children, proved to be very useful. It is, after all, always a challenge for moms to get kids to finish their school meals.

While moms with older kids enjoyed the bento workshop, new moms and mothers with babies appreciated Abbie Yabot’s talk on breastfeeding and babywearing. Abbie Yabot is a certified lactation counselor and a La Leche League Leader.

Moms also learned how to take care of their baby’s skin with Belo Baby, picked up proper diapering tips with Pampers, and found out how to keep their baby’s clothes and linens soft and clean with Downy Baby Gentle.
In between the learning modules, moms and and their kids got treated to some awesome magic tricks by Giovanni the Magician, did some yoga moves with yoga teacher Jayme Timbol of Yoga+, and had fun with the creative storytelling session of Make Believe Productions.
