Modern Moms of Laguna, a group of mothers who support and advocate breastfeeding, celebrated Breastfeeding Week with Hakab Na! With the goal of supporting and promoting breastfeeding anytime and anywhere, Hakab Na! aims to show what breastfeeding really looks like in order for more people to get comfortable with the idea of breastfeeding in public. Through Hakab Na!, the Laguna-based moms wanted to show their support to mothers worldwide who took part in the Global Big Latch On. The Global Big Latch On takes place annually over two days during World Breastfeeding Week to strengthen national and global support for breastfeeding and to improve the health of children and women around the world.

Hakab Na! turned out to be a joyfully empowering event attended by more than a hundred moms at the Sta. Rosa City Hall in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

Breastfeeding is one of Mommy Mundo’s advocacies, and it gladly gave its support to the event.
