Kat Gomez-Limchoc, a mom of two, is an advertising executive who fuses her passion for change-making with her creative energy and marketing expertise. Since she was single, Kat has created her own annual tradition for giving back projects, plus instigates passion projects like her books, The Book of 40 and Princess Liv and the Strange Creatures, both family projects and both which raised funds for beneficiary foundations chosen by Kat!
With the every burning desire to make a difference, Kat recognizes that this fire was passed on to her by her own mother, who, while raising the then-preschool age Kat, was a Namfrel volunteer, stopped tanks at the EDSA revolution, and fiercely took on causes she believed in!
Passing On Mindfulness In Everything
Apart from wearing her creative genius hat most if the time, Kat is a mindful wife and a loving mom full time. She enjoys everything about what she has. What she shares online may be just snippets of her life, but it is a life any mother would aspire to live. One that is full of love in the company of her family. She always believes in being mindful in everything she does whether at work and more so at home.
It’s easy to get caught up in the busyness of every day, but she reminds everyone to stop and smell the flowers and do everything intentionally and mindfully.
“What I want to pass on is the thought that if you do it mindfully you can create the life that you want to live, the life that is true to how you are.”
Sometimes we forget what and how we truly are as a person, Kat’s reminder to every mom is indeed important to achieve the kind of life we all deserve.
