Join the TBRLYF Challenge!

As the Philippine quarantine progresses from strict to stricter and back again, many moms are looking for ways to maintain both their and their family’s health. In response to this need, Mommy Mundo has teamed up to be a media partner of the TBR LYF Challenge, a four week fitness challenge focusing on three important aspects of health: movement, mindset, and meals.

Designed by marathoner and Certified Health Coach, Jaymie Pizarro, The Bull Runner, TBR LYF challenge participants will gain access to live and on-demand videos.  For Movement, the fitness plan will have three weekly strength training workouts (full body, upper body, lower body), two to three weekly DIY cardio sessions, yoga slow flow or rest days once a week and running and cardio talks.  For Mindset, there will be a 21-day Meditation Challenge, weekly mindset tips and accountability check-Ins.  Lastly, for meals, there will be weekly nutrition talks and a healthy cooking class.

Joining Jaymie Pizarro are partner coaches, Coach Chappy Callanta for Strength, Tricia Chiongbian Concepcion for yoga and meditation, Coach Lit Onrubia for Running and Cardio, Harvie de Baron for Nutrition. Jaymie will tackle participants’ mindset and accountability.

Starting on September 6, 2021 and running through October 3, 2021, the challenge is designed to motivate people to become fitter, eat cleaner, and feel better both physically and mentally. The personal goal is not to be the fittest, cleanest, or healthiest you’ve ever been, but just fitter, cleaner, and healthier than you are now! However, there are prizes up for grabs for those that achieve the best results.

Open to anyone, 18 years old and above, the challenge participants will receive:

  • A solid four-week TBR LYF fitness plan and journal
  • Access to live and on-demand videos
  • Live guided coaching with The Bull Runner, Jaymie Pizarro
  • Chance to win Garmin watches and other prizes
  • Discounts from partners
  • Daily LYF Habit reminders
  • Healthy recipe guides
  • Certificate of Participation
  • LYF-time membership in a supportive community
  • Donation to help Courage to be Kind foundation
