A Warm Hug to Cebuano Moms from Expo Mom

Expo Mom brought its unique brand of tender, loving care to Cebu-based moms last June at the Ayala Center. Continuing its Motherhood Journey, Expo Mom prepared an interesting onstage program consisting of talks and workshops that would assist moms in fulfilling their different roles and responsibilities.
The morning began with skin care tips from Belo Baby, followed by techniques on how to keep baby’s things gentle and clean from Downy Baby Gentle, and a back-to-school bento workshop facilitated by the Bento Mommas.

In the afternoon, Cebuano moms exchanged stories of mommyhood, which proved to be very heartwarming. Other sessions soon followed: parlor games with Gymboree, a juice making demonstration with Ms Anne Dala, who also led a yoga workshop for kids, a mindful mom session with registered psychogist Ichel Alignay, and a financial workshop with Sun Life.

Expo Mom Cebu also had great exhibitors including QoYu Merchants, Downy Baby Gentle, Caltrate Plus, Jumping Clay, Sanicare, Halo Philippines, Gymboree, TopMNL, Sun Life, Belo Baby, Modern Mama, V-Pharma, Cycles, Cradle, and The Nest Attachment Parenting Hub.

Expo Mom 2016: The Motherhood Journey is co-presented by Caltrate Plus and Belo Baby and supported by Pampers and Sun Life. Creative Juice Communications is its logistics partner.

Sharing tips on how to be a more mindful mom is Registered Family Counselor Ichel Alignay. She further encouraged moms to accept their limitations. She says, “Mommies, we really do not have to be perfect in all our tasks at home.”
