1. Let Electrolux know how you take care of your clothes by answering the survey anytime between August 8 to August 20, 2018, before 11:59pm.

3. Three respondents will be chosen at random and will each win an Electrolux Front Load Washing Machine!
4. Winners will be contacted via email or text. It is the participants responsibility to ensure that contact information given in the survey form is accurate.
5. This survey is open to all moms residing in the Philippines.
