Celebrating Christmas at Ayala Malls

This Christmas, as the halls of Ayala Malls are decked with bright twinkling lights and carols, love and happiness fills the air as Ayala celebrates two milestones. This year marks the 25th year of Ayala Land and 50 beautiful and bountiful years for Ayala Malls. In celebration, on November 19 at 6:30 pm, the “Stars of Joy”, a music and dance concert series directed by Audie Gemora with the musical direction of Mel Villana, will be unveiled and will showcase and illustrate how Ayala Malls has grown with and captured the hearts of the Filipino people through the years. 

True to the holiday spirit of giving, sharing, and unity, people are encouraged to come together as a community in support for the victims of the typhoon Yolanda. Donation boxes will be located in all Ayala Malls concierge. Giving more meaning to the season of sharing, the Ayala group launched the “Tugon sa Bohol” campaign, an initiative for the restoration of the damaged churches of Bohol due to the recent earthquake last November 8 at the Ayala Triangle Gardens with a benefit concert called “Songs of Hope” by the Loboc Children’s Choir.

To uplift the Filipino spirit in the face of the recent devastation the country faced, Ayala Malls present “Pepe’s Secret Christmas”, an enchanting Christmas celebration of the Filipino seen through the eyes of a young man and a rowdy assortment of animals. The contemporary ballet is headed by Steps Dance Studio director and Steps Dance Project founder Sofia Zobel-Elizalde and choreographed by James Laforteza. “Pepe’s Secret Christmas” is set to stage at Harbor Point Subic on November 23, Centrio Mall Cagayan de Oro on November 30, Abreeza Mall Davao on December 7, and Marquee Mall in Pampanga on December 14.

Showcasing the many talents of the Filipino, “A Thousand Encounters”, a photo competition and photo map exhibit inspired from the concept of Jaime Zobel de Ayala, will be held on November 14-17 at the newly revitalized Glorietta. Some of the prizes to be awarded are a P25,000 shopping spree at Ayala Malls, overnight stay for two at Raffles Suites with free breakfast for two, and a buffet for 10 at the Holiday Inn restaurant.
