Mom School 3.0 takes on important topics that help you raise your kids to be the best they can be. We invite moms to come and benefit from our community learning event.
This August, we invite you to Moms On The Floor, A Wellness Event For Families. This event is happening on October 12, 2019 (Saturday), from 11 AM until 2 PM at the 2nd Level Bridgeway, Estancia Mall, Capitol Commons, Pasig City.
Learn about Family Mediation and Family Yoga from our speaker Neil Salang of Live Awake Meditation. Neil’s meditation practice started in the early 90s and now he is a devotee of the Self Realization Fellowship ashram in Los Angeles USA, established by his Guru Paramahansa Yogananda. He teaches yoga asana and meditation.
We recognize the importance of being on the floor with your family doing mediation or yoga. Each member of the family is unique making dynamics in relationships different. Mindful meditation helps keep family closer because it reduces stress and anxiety, helps sleep better, improves focus and creativity, tones down temper, increases happiness, and finds peace. Every family needs all these qualities to make relationships with each other stronger and better. Kids will love the breath work while moms and even dads will enjoy the deeper benefits of mediation and yoga.
For Kids: Minimum age to join this is 7 years old. If you have kids that are younger, we will have a play area for them to stay in.
To complete the wellness experience for the family, we’ll also teach you how to Make-Your-Own Natural Products! There will be a demo and a make-and-take!
