Ana Niguidula is a mom of three boys who is a well-loved teacher of all-natural home and skin care products.  Known to many as Teacher Ana, she is the woman behind Bodyfood All Natural and Bodyfood Maker’s Academy.

Before family life came into the picture some 18 years ago, she already started Bodyfood.  She shared that the business was like an old best friend to her which she reunited with and have not separated since.  At that time when there were too many on her plate, Bodyfood was the thing that made her feel good about herself, because “it takes care of me…this is what I do for my soul.”

Passing On the Mindset of Slow-living and Self-Care

Ana teaches classes to share her knowledge on creating balms, oils, candles, solid & liquid soaps, and other all-natural self-care essentials, in her nature-enveloped studio in Antipolo.  Behind this passion for passing on skills to others through her classes, she gently reminds moms to take time for themselves, and be brave in learning something new, even when sometimes it’s out of their comfort zone.

“I want to pass on a mindset of slow living and a culture of generosity and sharing.  It’s important to me that moms provide themselves some me time and step away from the busyness and chaos of their own works, (and) provide themselves some creative activities so that, that side of them is also nurtured.”

She wants moms to learn something new as a way of self-love. Teacher Ana has shared her skills and had helped many who are now successful in their own ventures in creating all-natural products because of her generous and selfless heart.
