ExpoMom 2020: Love & Light Mama seeks to bring together moms from all over the world for a special event focused on wellness, as well as what parents both can do and need to do for their children’s self-care. Now, more than ever, connecting with our children is important and integral to securing their emotional and mental health. As parents cope with what has happened (and is still happening), self-care and teaching their family self-care and wellness has become a necessary part of responsible parenthood.
