FairPlay: An Outdoor Fest for Kids
Get your children totally unplugged at FairPlay, a pioneering outdoor festival which would have them moving, grooving, cooking, and creating. Happening all day on October 29, Saturday, FairPlay will transform the De Jesus Oval at Bonifacio Global City into a happy place where imagination and inspiration reign.
A project of Mommy Mundo, in cooperation with Flow Retreats, entrance to FairPlay is free. A registration fee of P300 entitles a child to a bag full of goodies and a FairPlay pass. Each pass entitles him to a choice of any of these classes: kids yoga and candy meditation, thriller Zumba, and capo-yoga inspired movement class. Plus, kids and parents who come in costume have a chance to win awesome prizes!
Mommy Mundo is dedicated to making motherhood easier, happier, and more fulfilling for every mom. Flow Retreats is a boutique company devoted to health and wellness.
FairPlay features two activity hubs: one for movement and another for creativity.
At the movement hub, kids will have fun experimenting with different types of yoga, from the basic to acro yoga. Some might want to dance with hoops while others can do the Zumba. Kids may sign up for these classes for a specific fee. Make Believe Productions will also give a free storytelling session to delight children of all ages.
At the creativity hub, kids will be taught how to make playdough with essential oils as well as healthy snacks and treats for Halloween. The more artistically inclined will enjoy drawing beasts or participating in a needle felting workshop. Meanwhile Blackrose Botanicals and IndigoBaby will have how-to workshops on love potion for adults and boo boo spray for kids.
FairPlay is co-presented by Belo Baby and Caltrate Plus with BGC as venue partner.
