Featuring experts in their respective fields, the seminars will take place from April 25 to 27 at Hall C of Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

He will also discuss key business tactics in the areas of marketing, design, and social media.

Discussing the ABC’s of the shopper journey is Windy Sunirmmala Anggayasti, Regional Account Director for Asia of Kantar Worldpanel. Anggayasti will walk participants through the ABC’s of the shopper journey, from attraction, browsing, and consideration to the decision stage. The session will offer insights and knowledge on how to maximize opportunities inside and outside the retail store by understanding the shopper.

Another session is devoted to understanding the consumer’s evolving behaviour. Poh Han Jie, Senior Manager – Retail Manager of GfK, will be providing insights on the consumer’s channel of choice, how and who to connect with, the impact of mobile shopping, and the potential of mobile payment.
